Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at studio@madelenmollard.com before sending a return.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Made-to-order and commissioned pieces

Made-to-order, commissioned or personalised pieces may not be eligible for return where the item has been produced specifically to your specifications.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, particularly for fragile or high-value objects.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@madelenmollard.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
