Photography by Beata Cervin for Milk Magazine.
Madelen Möllard is a Swedish artist and creative director based in Stockholm. Rooted in painting, her practice extends into sculptural objects, site-specific works and interiors.
Her paintings often become starting points for larger ideas: a motif can take the form of an object, a pattern can move onto a wall, and a colour palette can shape an entire room. Across these formats, Möllard builds distinct environments through colour, form and atmosphere.
Her work includes original paintings and commissions, sculptural objects and complete interiors for private residences, brands, editorial projects and cultural contexts.
Selected collaborations include MINI, Vogue Scandinavia, H&M, Théâtre du Châtelet, & Other Stories and Aarke.
