MINI Art Car — The Aurora, Båstad 2025
For The Aurora 2025, artists Madelen and Robert Möllard were invited by MINI and Vogue Scandinavia to transform a MINI Cooper through a six-hour live painting in the Vogue Scandinavia Lounge in Båstad.
The artwork wraps around the car as a shifting Nordic landscape, moving through fields, poppies, trees and night sky. Developed from sketches and studies made before the event, the painting captures the experience of travelling through a landscape and seeing it reflected across the surface of a moving car.
